Our mission:  to deliver the highest quality of swimming pool cleaning services and preventative maintenance to all of our clients at an exceptional value.

Our philosophy:  to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to all of our clients by continuing to set the standard for pool cleaning services and preventative maintenance in fort worth and surrounding areas as we have done for over 30 years.

• Several employees have been with the company since the beginning in 1979.

• We own all of our trucks and all have signs.

• All service personnel wear company shirts

• We have in-field communication via Nextel two-way and or cell phones

• Answering machine in the office is always on, and checked frequently including Saturday's until early afternoon. Extra monitor during freezing weather and on holiday weekends.

• Electronic route tracking via “route patrol” which cleaners use on each pool. There is a coded button mounted in each time clock. Cleaner clocks in when they arrive and out when they leave. The information is uploaded to the office computer system and prints out a report showing time spent. We also leave a sticky note.

• We have a full-time field supervisor who follows up on the cleaners randomly to keep them on their toes and pitches in when they need help.  We have two full-time pool technicians to repair any equipment related issues.
